We have developed a tool, which automates all the steps for connecting cBizOne to your local sql database.  Please forward this mail to your new users. 
 
 
Please follow these steps to install the software. 

If you have already installed cBizOne, you can skip this section. 
1) Close MS Outlook
2) Download the following to desktop
http://www.cBizSoft.com/download/cBizOneSetup.exe
3) Double click on "cBizOneSetup" on the desktop
4) Follow the install wizard, using all "Defaults", install cBizOne
4) Very IMP: After installation, start cBizOne and close.
5) Very IMP: If your firewall prompt you for "access rights" to cBizOne, make sure to choose "Always Allow" 

Please follow these steps to connect to the database.

1) Click on the following Link and then click on Open/Run
http://www.cBizSoft.com/download/files/cBizDSN.exe

2) Enter the following information into cBizDSN
    
Uncheck cBizSoft Hosting check box and enter the port number (Ex: 1433, 1233, etc.)
   
    SQl Server:
    SQL Server LoginID:
    SQL Server Password:
    DatabaseName:(You can find this on your Enterprise Manager)
   
    cBizOne UserID:
(Here are the instructions to create cBizOne UserID http://www.cbizsoft.com/cbo/create_modify_users.htm)
    cBizOne Password:
 
3) Click on Create. (If your firewall prompt you for "access rights" to cBizDSN, make sure to choose "Always Allow")
You should see "Done - Created DSN".  If you see any errors, verify what you typed.
 
Please follow these steps to purchase cBizOne's license.
 
1) Start cBizOne
2) You will see a message like "Evaluation version Connected to Production database"
If you are getting invoiced ignore Step3, please send your licenseid(Help-->About of cBizOne) to billing@cbizsoft.com .
3)  After running the tool, please click on Help-->Buy License-->Web to purchase the license, you need to purchase cBizOne Pro hosted which is $49/Month.
